Today was Skip Bertman's last day as LSU's Athletic Director. He will always been remembered as a true legend in all of College Baseball for his 5 College World Series. Tomorrow will be the first day in over 20 years that Skip Bertman will not be a part of LSU's Athletics Department.

In follow up to Friday's post: Trindon Holliday placed 7th in his semi-final heat for trials for the Olympics last night. He needed to make the top 3 overall to punch a ticket to China. As a LSU fan I am glad he is returning to Baton Rouge. I think he is a really talented athlete and will be successful at what ever he does. Former LSU Football/ Track Star Xavier Carter finished 7th overall.
For a final note: RIP UGA VI. Even though I still think that using the initials of your university for the mascot's name is really uncreative and lame.
